Pathwalkers:
Philosophers who studied both the history of Zegon and the history of the Paths have been baffled by the close proximity between the time of the founding of the kingdom and the time when the First Walker of each Path (other than the First Warrior) took their first step. Many theories were offered, and dismissed. It is widely accepted that ever since the First Warrior hunted her first game, Zegon began to undergo a slow change, that change was accelerated and spun out of control when Xath put his ambitious plan to unite the tribes into action.

Factions and organizations:
In the kingdom of Zegon, Walkers of different Paths live among and apart from one another in a delicate balance. Each Path and their Pathwalkers form a smaller society within the larger social sphere of the kingdom. There are Pathwalker organizations that exist solely to serve the kingdom, while some seek to bring chaos and unrest to the world. Many other factions remained neutral, serving no others except for purposes known only to their own.
