Update: Heldar's Siege and the Changes After

Heldar's resurgence was crushed and the defeated man escaped into the wilds. His ambitions however was still strong and unwavering. Taking advantage of the King Xath II's policy of dealing with the Barbarian Warriors, he gathered a sizable force and laid siege upon the Royal Palace.
